F.3.4.4 ODU: LNB-CONFIG
LNB: VOLTAGE=13VOLT POWER=OFF 10MHz=OFF
ALARM-LOW = 000mA ALARM-HIGH = 500mA
Select a parameter to edit – POWER, 10MHz, ALARM-LOW, ALARM-HIGH, or
CAR-DELAY MIN:SEC – using the [
←][→] arrow keys, then use the [↑][↓] arrows keys to edit
the settings for that parameter. Press [ENT] when done. Observe the following:
VOLTAGE
To set the voltage for the LNB power supply, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to select
13VOLT, 18VOLT, or 24VOLT, then press [ENT] when done.
POWER
To control LNB operation, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to select power as ON or OFF,
then press [ENT] when done.
10 MHz
To control the 10MHz Reference output to the LNB, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to
select the 10MHz Reference output as ON or OFF, then press [ENT] when done.
ALARM-LOW
To set the LNB low current alarm threshold, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to set the
threshold (in mA), then press [ENT] when done.
ALARM-HIGH
To set the LNB high current alarm threshold, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to set the
threshold (in mA), then press [ENT] when done.
F.3.4.5 ODU: LNB-LO
LNB-LO: FREQUENCY = 00000 MHz
MIX = HIGH (-)
Select Frequency or Mix using the [
←][→] arrow keys, then press [ENT] to continue. Observe the
following:
FREQUENCY
To set the lockout frequency in the LNB for the downconversion, use the [
←] [→]
arrows keys to select a digit to edit, then the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to adjust the value of
that digit. Press [ENT] when done.
Note that entering a nonzero value for the LNB lockout frequency will cause the RX
IF frequency programming under CONFIG: RX
Æ RX-IF to be entered and displayed
as the actual RX frequency for the satellite terminal.
MIX
To set the polarity for the upconversion mix in the LNB, use the [
↑] [↓] arrow keys to
select HIGH (-) for high side inverting mix, or LOW (+) for low side noninverting mix.
Press [ENT] when done.
