Checking the optimization

You can check for optimum adjustment of the controller to the control path by recording the
startup process (e.g. with "Startup") with a closed control loop. The diagrams below indicate
possible incorrect adjustments and correction of these.
Here, the guiding behavior of a third-order control path for a PID controller is plotted as an ex-
ample. The procedure for setting the controller parameters can also be applied to other control
paths.
