Connection examples
This chapter provides some examples to illustrate the connection of the inputs and outputs of
the module.
4.4.1
Analog inputs
The following table shows examples of the connection of a transmitter with current output (stan-
dard signal) to an analog input of the multichannel controller module. The examples – with the
exception of the 2-wire transmitter – also generally apply to a transmitter with voltage output;
in this case, however, the different terminal designations must be considered.
TIP!
Details for the load of the inputs and outputs are given in the "Technical data" and the infor-
mation for the galvanic isolation (electric strenght). This information has to be observed when
connecting. In addition, the notes in the instructions of the connected external device must be
observed (if applicable).
