6.6 Digital inputs
A maximum of eight digital inputs are available (input 1, 2, 5 to 10). Digital input 1 can be used
as a counter input for up to 10 kHz.
The status of a digital input is indicated by the relevant LED. The display corresponds to the
output signal to the system bus.

Signal suppression
When signal suppression is active, the input signal and the inverting and delay parameters are
irrelevant. In this case, a fixed signal with a configurable level is issued (to the system bus).
