INTELLIGENT ACTUATOR
Appendix
23. How to Use Offset
[Description]
If you want to move (offset) all teaching points by several millimeters because the actuator was displaced
at the time of installation, etc., you can use an OFST command to specify an offset for position data.
You can also use an OFST command to perform pitch feed operation. (Refer to 25, “Constant Pitch Feed
Operation.”)
[Note]
Once an offset is set, the offset will apply to all movement commands. To cancel the offset, issue an
OFST command again by setting 0 mm. The offset will not be reflected in other programs (even in the
multi-tasking mode). If the offset must be applied to all programs, it must be set separately in each
program.
