Parameter Description
Area ID This parameter uniquely identifies an area.
Type This parameter indicates whether an area is a Stub
area, NSSA , or Standard (normal) area.
Area Summary This parameter controls the import of Inter-Area LSAs
into stub areas. This can be
noAreaSummary or
sendAreaSummary .
Stub Metric This parameter indicates the metric value advertised
for the default route into
Stub area and NSSA .
NSSA Translator
Role This parameter specifies the NSSA Border router's
ability to perform NSSA translation of type-7 LSAs into
type-5 LSAs.
