Check item
Does the same problem occur after turning the scanner power off and back
on again, and re-logging in?

Action

Disconnect the AC cable from the scanner to turn off the scanner, and connect the AC cable
again. After turning the power off, wait for at least 10 seconds before turning the power back on
again.
If the problem persists even after taking the above mentioned actions, contact the distributor/
dealer where you purchased this product.

Action

Riffle and realign the document stack, then load it back into the ADF paper chute.

Is the document stack more than 5 mm thick?

Action

Remove sheets from the stack to reduce it to a thickness of 5 mm or less.

Even after pressing the Scan button, scanning does not start.

Multifeed errors occur frequently.
