8. If [e-Mail] is selected for the job item in Step 7 , perform settings related
to sending e-mail.

Up to ten items can be set.

 Press the [Browse] button to set a different e-mail address from the [LDAP List] window.
To filter the LDAP List, refer to
"Filtering the LDAP List" (page 199) for more details.
 Press the [Name Format] button to specify a file name on the [File Names (e-Mail)]
window. For details about setting values, refer to
