1. In Internet Explorer, select the [Tools] menu  [Internet Options].
2. Press the [Advanced] tab.
3. Under [Security] in the [Settings] section, select the check boxes for the following items. The check
boxes to be selected should be the same as the check boxes that you selected in step 2 in "4.9.1
Setting the Admin Connection" (page 110) .
 Use SSL 3.0
 Use TLS 1.0
 Use TLS 1.1
 Use TLS 1.2

Check if SSL is enabled on the [Admin Connection] window.

There is an error with the port number setting.
