Is the status the same after the scanner is turned off and then turned back on
again?

Disconnect the AC cable from the scanner to turn off the scanner, and connect the AC cable
again. After turning the power off, wait for at least 10 seconds before turning the power back on
again.
If the problem persists even after taking the above mentioned actions, contact the distributor/
dealer where you purchased this product.
■ I Want to Reset the Scanner to Factory Defaults
