5.11.2 Viewing Details on Send Operations That Are In Progress
When the send status (job action) is in a waiting state or being retried, the condition of the
send status can be viewed.
The list of the send status is shown in order of priority.
The send status that is in a waiting state or being retried can also be cancelled, and if the
send status is in an error state, you can retry the job action.
Even if the settings are changed on the [Region/ Timezone] window or the [Date/Time]
window, the display order is not changed.
1. Press the [Send Status] button on the [Main Menu] window or the [Job
Menu] window.
 The [Send Status] window appears.
2. Press the [In progress] tab.
3. When you want to cancel a send status that is in progress, select the
send status which you want to cancel, and press the [Stopped] button.
 The send status which you select is cancelled and the list is updated.

The [Send Status] button on the [Job Menu] window can be shown by pressing .

The [In progress] tab on the [Send Status] window is available if you select [No] for [Wait
Job] in [Login Settings Details] on the administrator window.
