TMV Controller Operations
Stopping, Starting, and Restarting the TMV Service
With the Services dialog open, you can change the status of the service. in
the example shown in
Figure 197 , you can Stop or Restart the TMV service
by clicking the preferred command under the name of the service.
If you click the Stop command, the commands will change to show the Start
command ( Figure 198 ).

When you select any command, the Services Control dialog will appear,
which shows the progress of the command (
Figure 199 on page 198 ). This
dialog will close when the task has been completed.

Checking the Condition of the TMV Service
You can check the condition of the TMV Service as well as start and stop the
service by selecting the
Check Service option from the Tools menu (Tools>
Check Service). Selecting this menu option will open the Check TMV Com-
munication Service dialog (
Figure 200 ).
