TMV Controller Operations
TMV Controller Operations
This section explains the steps needed to use the TMV Controller’s features.
Checking the System Status
The System status can be verified by selecting the
System Status
button.
Follow these steps to check the status of the system:
1.
Click the
System Status
button. The System Status display will then
appear (
).

This display will show the status and IP address for the TMV boards,
Editor, and Controller. A green light in the Alive column means the TMV
Type item is operating without issues. A red light indicates that there is a
problem.
2.
Click the
Close
button to close the System Status Display.
Retrieving a Configuration Layout File
A Configuration Layout file.XML file can be retrieved from the TMV board
using the System Status Display. This file can be imported to the Editor. You
can then perform on-screen operations except for Bezel setting.
Note
Every Monitor must have at least one Video tile.
Follow these steps to retrieve a Configuration Layout file:
1.
Click the
System Status
button. The System Status display will then appear

Click the
Request...
button under the Cfg File column.
