Section 7 — Trinix Multiviewer Procedures
Copying, Cutting, Pasting, and Deleting an Item
You can copy, paste, cut, or delete monitors and any of the items from the
Toolbox. These items are:
• Video Tiles
• Text Boxes
• Audio Meters
• Digital Clocks
In addition to individual items, a group of items can be copied and then
pasted.
Copying and Pasting an Item
You can copy and paste a monitor using the Right-click menu.
1. Click an item (or a group of items) to select it.
2. Right click the item to bring up the context menu and then select the
Copy option to copy the item.
3. Click Paste to place a copy of the item on either the same monitor or a
different one.
Note You can use the Ctrl+C (copy) and Ctrl+V (paste) key combinations in place
of the menu commands.
Cutting and Pasting an Item
You can cut and paste an item using the Right-click menu.
1. Click one item (or a group of items) to select it.
2. Right click the item to bring up the context menu and then select the Cut
option to remove the item.
3. Click Paste to place a copy of the item on either the same monitor or a
different one.
Deleting an Item
You can delete an item using the Right-click menu.
1. Click one item (or multiple items) to select it.
2. Right click the item to bring up the context menu and then select the
Delete option to remove the item.
The item is then removed.
Note You can use the Delete key on your keyboard in place of the menu com-
mands.
