Modifying the Hot-key Functionality
These steps describe how to enable a hot key and how to change the hot key
for a function. These steps assume that the Hot-key Map dialog has already
been accessed.
To enable a hot key, select the Enabled check box of the preferred hot key.
Deselecting, or removing the check from the check box, will disable the hot
key.
Follow these steps to change keys for a function:
1. Select the preferred modifier key from the Modifier drop-down list. The
choices are None, Control, Alt, and Windows.
2. Select the second key of the combination from the Key drop-down list.
The options are The
A-Z , D0-D9 , and F1-F12 keys.
3. Click the Assign button. The Assign Hot-Key dialog will then appear.
4. Click the OK button. The hot key functionality has now been changed.
