Borders
You can apply a border to any Resize or Key Shape effect. You can also change
the color and size of a border and add the border from different directions.
Using any of the key shapes, you can alter the border from the left, right, top,
bottom, or on all sides. This may mean your image can have an uneven border.

Left 0-8 The 4:3 image is divided into 8 equal sections, making the
border larger as the number increases.
Right 0-8
Top 0-6
Bottom 0-6

Color Standard
Windows color
picker Change the color of the border by clicking the Color icon on
the Options tab and selecting a new color.
Type 11 choices Select the type from the drop-down list:
Flat, Tubular, Mitre, Peak, Ramp, Low Ramp, Single Bevel,
