Adjusting the Pitch and Randomizing the Voice
When you adjust pitch you also adjust the tone of a voice. Adjusting the pitch
less than 1x makes the audio sound slower and lower. Adjusting the pitch
greater than 1x makes the audio sound faster and higher. A lower pitch is
typical for a blur or mosaic video disguise.
The Randomizer applies frequency changes and makes the audio effect
irreversible.
You also can apply the Randomizer along with the Pitch Adjustment. The
Randomizer periodically alters the Pitch Adjustment in order to further skew
the audio, therefore better disguising the voice.
