Each of the nine NewsEdit tools displays in the dynamic window, leaving the
Timeline unchanged. You select the tools from the Timeline toolbar.
The Timeline Tool
The Timeline Tool opens by default when you first create a sequence. You can
select and move clips or audio tracks, play sequences, mark in and out points,
and adjust master output audio sliders.
