A progress bar indicates the import status.
The imported file(s) appear in the Bin as a single video clip, if you’ve
imported a series of .tga files, or as individual graphics, if you’ve imported

7. To add the animation clip to the V2 and Effects tracks in your NewsEdit
sequence, make sure your sequence has an active video effects track and two
video tracks.
8. Drag (or copy) the animation clip onto the Timeline.
The clip is placed on both the second video track and the video effects track.
If, for some reason, you don’t want the animation sequence to be transparent

clip, right-clicking and selecting
Properties
, and unchecking
Enable Video
