8.2.24 Flow Rate High, Low, High-High and Low-Low limit Alarm Setting
You can set the high, low, high-high, or low-low limit of the flow rate at which an alarm is generated,
as % value of the span flow rate of the set maximum range.
Flow rate high, low, high-high, and low-low limit alarm values can be set within a range of -10% to
110% (percentage to Range 1), in increments of 0.5%.
You can use the setting item number to switch between the flow rate high, low, high-high and
low-low limit alarms ON/OFF and the flow rate high, low, high-high and low-low limit alarm values.

When you press the [SET] key, the selected item is set
temporarily and a message confirming you whether the
setting is OK is displayed.
If OK, press the [SET] key. If you want to redo the
setting, press the [NO] switch.
