High and low limit alarms, high-high and low-low limit alarms, empty alarm
One of the following messages appears if the flow rate reading goes out of the set range or an
empty alarm is generated.
If the high or low limit alarm enable/disable status is set to OFF, its alarm function (high or low) is
disabled. See 0, “Check/Change of Parameters.”
