To change the total flow value direction
The total flow value direction is changed as following procedure.
The following example shows how to change the main indicating setting from fixed forward flow (F)
to bi-directional flow (B).
Key operation Display example Description
B1: Select "MAIN DSP" in the configuration item
MAIN DSP selection screen.
m3 F
The currently set display setting (m3 F in this
example) is displayed.
[EXTl lENTl
Then press the [ENT] key.
STEP1 B1: The switch name display at the bottom changes
MAIN DSP (three keys [UP], [SEL] and [SET])
^ F
At the same time, the cursor appears.
[ENT]
[U P] [SEL] [SET]
(The digit on which the cursor is positioned is
reverse-displayed.)
STEP2 B1: Use the [SEL] key to move the cursor to the third
MAIN DSP unit (total flow value direction) and then press the
[SEL]<=>[UP]
m3 Is
[UP] key to change the direction.
Then press the [SET] key to set the display unit
fU PI fSELl [SETl
temporarily.
STEP3 B1: Pressing the [SET] key displays a message asking
MAIN DSP you to confirm whether the setting is OK.

If OK, press the [SET] key. If you need to redo the
[SET]

setting, press the [NO] key.
STEP4-1 B1: Pressing the [No] key when you are asked "OK?"
MAIN DSP causes the display unit to return to the previous
[NO]

value and enables you to redo the setting.
STEP4-2(=END) B1: Pressing the [SET] key when you are asked "OK?"
MAIN DSP causes the setting value to be determined.

Then if you press the [EXT] key, you return to the
[SET] menu screen.
If you press the [ENT] key, you can restart display

unit setting change operation from a state of m3 B.
Note 1 The content of the third unit (flow rate direction code) is cyclically shifted
as shown below.
-► B(bi-directional) -► F(forward direction fixed)
D(difference flow rate)*<- R(reverse direction fixed) ^
For sub indicating unit, select B2: SUB DSP with setting items.
