9.2 Calibration Using Converter Signal Source
9.2.1 0 % Flow Rate Calibration (zero point calibration)
Using the converter’s internal calibration circuit, 0% flow rate (hereafter called zero point)
calibration can be made.
To check the zero point of flow measurement:

perform calibration.

Holdino down the [SET] kev when ADJUST READY
is displayed, "*CAL 0% ADJ" is displayed and
zero Doint calibration starts.
Switch operation is disabled during calibration.

After approximately 4 seconds, zero point
calibration is completed and a new zero point is
displayed.
Press the [EXT] key. You return to the menu
[EXT] [SET]
screen.
Note l:To start calibration, hold down the [SET] key.
Note 2: To cancel the adjustment when ADJUST READY is displayed, press the [EXT] key.
You return to the screen displaying the zero point by simulation input.
