9.2.2 50 % Flow Rate Calibration
Using the converter's internal calibration circuit, 50% flow rate calibration can be performed. For the
calibration procedure, refer to the calibration procedure for 0% flow rate calibration (Or select the
"FLOW CAL 50" from the menu).
9.2.3100 % Flow Rate (Span) Calibration
Using the converter's internal calibration circuit, 100% flow rate calibration can be performed. For the
calibration procedure, refer to the calibration procedure for 0% (Or select the "FLOW CAL 100" from
the menu.).
9.2.4 Checking the Excitation Current Value
You can monitor the exciting current value.
