1.13. The oil pressure switch is located on the back
of the engine, near the oil filter. See Figure 1.13.
1.14. The fuel level switch is located in the fuel tank.
See Figure 1.14.
1.15. There are a variety of wires leading to and com-
ing from the engine.
1.16. The two gray alternator leads exit the drive
side of the engine just above the starter motor,
connecting to a gray lead and a brown lead to
reach the regulator-rectifier.

1.17. The small read wire triggers the solenoid, which
is mounted on the starter. See Figure 1.17.
1.18. The black and red wire entering the fan cover is
the stop (grounding) lead for the magneto.
1.19. The brown wire entering under the air intake
shoulder energizes the fuel (after fire)
solenoid.
