Add a parameter to the boot loader configuration file.
The configuration file of the currently used boot loader contains an entry
required to use HDLM as the boot disk. In this entry, add root=device as
a kernel parameter.
For device, enter the device you determined in step 1.
In each of the following examples, the underlined part indicates the
kernel parameter added in this step:
Example when the boot loader is elilo and LVM is not used:
