automatic logout feature.

Scheduled Jobs (Sequences of Commands)

Add a CLI command to the job (create the job if it doesn't already exist). The job
will be placed in the "pending" state if a scheduled time has already been specified,
otherwise it will be "inactive". The is an integer and controls the
order within the job as to when the particular CLI command will be executed.
Commands are executed from smallest to largest .
The no command deletes the command from the job.

Add a comment to the job for display in show job . No other use. The
no modifier deletes the comment.
