An asterisk after a node’s ID number designates the local node where you issued
the command.
Show Cluster Global Command
Without the
brief
option, the
show cluster global
command displays
additional information about each HP VMA SAN Gateway in the cluster. Instead
of using an asterisk to designate the local node ID, the label
<--- (local node)
is used to identify the local node.
