Note: Switch 8 of S3 (S3-8) does not require a switch setting to
select between the onboard NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard
and an external DCHI/MSDL. The NT5D97 detects when the onboard
NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard is used.
