E3 mode = 0.5 to 61.0 ms, in 0.5 ms steps
T3 mode = 0.5 to 44.0 ms, in 0.5 ms steps
STS1 mode = 0.5 to 40.0 ms, in 0.5 ms steps
Note: Command not valid for GBEI.
