0 = 1 MHz
1 = 2 MHz
2 = 2.048 MHz
3 = 5 MHz

5 = 20 MHz
6 = 34.368 MHz
7 = 44.736 MHz
8 = 51.840 MHz

Note: Command valid only with CDI-10-1 G.703 interface

Example: EFI=14 (Selects 10MHz on slot 1)
