Status Detect
The Status Detect menu item is used to auto detect vehicle boom status. When Status Detect is properly implemented,
Swath XL detects whether product delivery is on or off based on the vehicles master boom switch. This eliminates the
need to press the Spray On and Spray Off software button in the Swath XL software during guidance. This is accom-
plished by connecting the status detect wires to vehicle the boom control switch.
To change the Status Detect setting, highlight the Status Detect menu item and press . The Status Detect dialog
box appears. Select 1 Section. Currently this is the only available selection. Then press to return to the Guidance
setup menu.
With Status Detect set to off, as applied data can still be recorded by using the Applied On/Off button in the Swath
XL real-time button bar.

Setting Description
OFF No Status Detect implemented. Default setting.
