The parameters are described in the table below:
Note
The tagged information in a frame is not changed as the frame
traverses the switch. A tagged frame exits the switch with the same
priority level that it had when it entered.
7. Click Apply.
Changes are immediately activated on the switch.
PARAMETER DESCRIPTION
Port VLAN ID Select the port VLAN ID.
Priority Specify which priority level queue all tagged and
untagged frames received on the port go to.
Possible settings for this parameter are:
• Level 0 (Low) - Low priority queue.
• Level 1 (High) - High priority queue
Override
Priority Select this check box if you are configuring a tagged
port and you wish the switch to ignore the priority tag
in the tagged frames entering the port.
The default for this parameter is No, meaning that the
priority level of tagged frames is determined by the
priority level specified in the frame itself.
