6.6.6. Checking received waveforms
The unit has high-voltage part. Be sure to ask our service personnel for the steps described
below.
6.6.6.1. How to connect the oscilloscope
Open the cover, and connect an oscilloscope to the check pin on the printed board according to the following figure.
The unit has high-voltage components. Do not touch the parts other than those specified below.
