BGP provides capability negotiation
regulation and carry out this capability match
while establishing connection. The currently
supported capabilities include route update,
dynamic capability, outgoing route filtering
capability and the address family’s capability
of supporting the negotiation. Use these
command to enable these capabilities, its
format “no” close these capabilities .It can
also be configured by commands to not do
capability negotiation, do strict capability
negotiation or not care about the negotiation
results.

Route server may configure BGP neighbors
under EBGP environment to reduce the
number of peers that every client has
configured; format “no” of the command
configures this router as route server and
specify the clients it serves, the no

route-server-client command can delete
clients.
