Monitoring Modules in Local Mode
Local Mode gives a general overview of the system. It can be used anytime
except when a test is running.
If the System menu is grayed out, that means no test has been created
since the application was started. Consequently, it is impossible to monitor
modules in local mode until you start a new test. For more information, see
Starting a New Test on page 118.
To access this mode, select Local Mode from the System menu.
The window contains:

A section that allows you to set the wavelength. The minimum and the
maximum values are determined by the supported range of the source
itself.

A section that allows you to set the switch port.

A section that allows you to set the polarization state.
