3 Execute the W2K-631 program under the following directory
using Explorer.
4 After the driver is updated, follow the on-screen instructions to
restart the server.
Setting up the network
To ensure correct use of the network, follow the procedure below
to set up the network.
1 Start Windows 2000 and log on as an administrator (or a user
with equivalent rights).
2 If no network has been built up, set up the network.
3 Set up the TCP/IP for the network if necessary.
For setting up TCP/IP, see "Windows 2000 Server First Step
Guide" or its Help.
4 If no SNMP Service has been built up, install the SNMP
Service in the network.
Install SNMP Service in "Add/Delete Windows components"
in Windows 2000.
For installing SNMP Service, see "Windows 2000 Server First
Step Guide" or its Help.

When you use the server as the domain controller, Set up the
Active Directory.

Installing the RAID controller utility
(if a RAID controller MR475 is added)
If a RAID controller is added, and RAID controller utilities
(Power Console/services/SNMP) are not installed, use the floppy
disk or CD-ROM provided with RAID controller to install these
utilities.
