5 Install an expansion card into the slot and secure it with the
screw.
To connect the edge of an expansion card with the connector of
the motherboard, carefully push the expansion card into the
slot.
Use the screw A supplied with the server.
See “Before you start” on page 43.
Installing an expansion card
6 Replace the side panel and front door panel.
7 Plug in the power cable and switch on the server.
NOTE: Jumper switch setting for the expansion card and
change of DIP switch setting may be needed depending on
the situation.
