IRQ3 ...................Monitor
4 ...................Monitor
5 ...................Ignore
7 ...................Monitor

$ Soft-off by Power Button : Instant off
Used to set how the power button should work.
Do not change the setting.
$ AC Back Function : Soft Off
Used to specify how the system should start when it is turned
back on after AC power supply was cut off.
Memory..............Restarts the system in accordance with the
previous setting (Soft-off or Full-On).
Soft-off................Restarts the system if the power button is
pressed.
Full-On................Restarts the system if it is powered on.
$ Modem Use IRQ : 4
Used to specify an interruption (IRQ 3 through 7) for the
AC97 CODEC-controlled modem. Set to IRQ 4.
