E0 20/21 Fibre Channel Destination Channel Error
ASCQ = 20: Indicates redundant path is not available to
devices
ASCQ = 21: Indicates destination drive channels are connected
to each other
Sense byte 26 will contain the Tray ID
Sense byte 27 will contain the Channel ID
