Set the top port number of the port range used in I/O Parameters No. 233 to 234.

The port numbers assigned here are the starting input and output port numbers. Add the
number of ports assigned in parameters 231 and 232 to determine the I/O range.
The values entered into these parameters must be evenly divisible by 8 (EX: 300).
