startup direction — The alarm that may be sent when this entry is first set to valid. If the first sample (after this entry
becomes valid) is greater than or equal to the rthreshold, and direction is equal to rising or rising-falling, then a single
rising alarm is generated. If the first sample (after this entry becomes valid) is less than or equal to the fthreshold, and
direction
is equal to falling or rising-falling, then a single falling alarm is generated.
owner name — Enter a name that specifies who configured this alarm. If unspecified, the name is an empty string.
Default Configuration
The following parameters have the following default values:

— If unspecified, the type is absolute.

— If unspecified, the startup direction is rising-falling.
