0 No copy quality checking. The ME will generate Copy Qual-
ity OK (MCF) responses to complete pages.
1 ME can check 1-D phase data. The connected application
must check copy quality for 2-D phase C data

0 ME will not receive message data. This can be used when
the application has insufficient storage. The ME can send
