TA enables or disables the presentation of URCs to report whether or not the SIM
card is connected.

When the status "SIM connected" has changed, an unsolicited result code is sent
to the TE.

Note
Note that the connection status of reflects only the status of the card holder
tray. In an empty tray is inserted, two URCs will be output, indicating the status 1
and 0 (= SIM card connected and not connected).
