The K2 Summit/Solo system specification is shown in the following table.

VITC is decoded on each SDI input and inserted on each SDI output.
VITC Reader configurable for a search window (specified by two
lines) or set to manual mode (based on two specified lines).
VITC Writer inserts VITC data on two selectable lines per field in
the vertical interval. The two lines have the same data.
VITC is not decoded off of the video reference input.
