Adjusting the Print Baseline
If you send the same job to two or more Vivo! Touch printers and notice that the image
prints in different locations, you can use this function to move the baseline of a printer.
Note: Adjusting the baseline is needed only for synchronizing the output of two or more
printers. Print baselines are adjusted at the factory and should be close from printer to printer.
If you are using one Vivo! Touch, baseline adjustment is not necessary.

Start a print job.

Touch
Maintenance > Baseline
on the touchscreen.

Adjust the horizontal and vertical baselines.

Touch the
Horizontal Baseline Offset
arrow buttons or number field to adjust
the horizontal baseline. You can adjust the baseline up to one inch (25 mm) in
the left or right direction.

Touch the
Vertical Baseline Offset
arrow buttons or number field to adjust
the vertical baseline. You can adjust the baseline up to one inch (25 mm) in the
up or down direction.
If a print job is in progress, the new settings will be used when printing starts on
the next blank label in the job. Partially printed labels will be finished using the
previous settings. If a print job is not in progress, the new settings will be used
when a new job is printed.
Color tab
Use the
Color
tab to adjust the color registration and density accuracy.
