2 Choose the Manage Jobs tab. This tab displays a list of TouchPrint groups and jobs
saved on the printer hard drive.
Double touch or touch and hold a group to open it and view the list of jobs it
contains. Choose
Groups to return to the group list. Note that groups cannot
contain sub-groups.
You can select multiple groups or jobs by choosing the Multi-Select option.
Choose this option again to disable multi-selection. You can also select or un-select
all items by choosing
Select All or Un-Select All .
3 To rename a selected group or job, choose Rename . A keypad will appear. Enter a
new name and choose Done . This option is not available if multiple items are
selected.
4 To move selected jobs to another group, choose Move . Choose Groups to return to
the group list and then open another group. Choose Drop . The jobs will be moved.
5 To delete selected groups or jobs, choose Delete . A confirmation message will
appear. Choose whether to confirm the deletion.
6 To create a new group, choose New Group while viewing the group list. A keypad
will appear. Enter a group name and choose Done .
Exporting TouchPrint jobs
If you use multiple Vivo! Touch printers, you can export TouchPrint jobs from one
printer to share with others. A USB memory device is used to transfer the jobs.
1 Insert the USB memory device into a Vivo! Touch USB port.
2 Touch TouchPrint on the touchscreen. The TouchPrint icon shows and hides the
TouchPrint options. You can choose this icon again to return to the menu.
