For example, if a toner cartridge is used up during a print job, the printer will stop the
job as described. After you have replaced the affected toner cartridge, touching

TouchPrint
TouchPrint™ is an alternative way of printing that allows you to save print jobs on the
Vivo! Touch hard drive and later print the jobs via the touchscreen. This feature allows
on-demand standalone printing without the need for a computer.
TouchPrint jobs are stored in named groups, and each group can hold multiple jobs.
You can use groups to categorize your label jobs for quick access at print time.
Use group names that meet your printing needs. For example, if you print product
labels, you may want to name groups based on product names. Group ABC might
contain a product label, safety label, and shipping label for a product named ABC. In
this situation, a group for each product simplifies access to your labels and reduces the
potential for operator error when printing.
Note: Prior to system software version 1.4, TouchPrint jobs were not organized in groups. If
you upgrade from system software version 1.3 or lower, all TouchPrint jobs will be moved into
the “Default” group in the upgraded system software.
