Choose
Import
. The drive selection window will open. Select the USB drive and
choose
OK
. The import options window will open.

If the drive contains more than one “.vtp” file, select the file to import. Note that
only job files in the root of the USB drive will be displayed.

Select an import mode.
•
Standard Import - The jobs and groups will be imported to the exact locations
they were exported from.
Based on their export groups, jobs will be imported to the same groups on the
printer. If a group does not exist on the printer, it will be created.
•
Import to Current Group - All jobs, regardless of their export groups, will be
imported to the currently selected group on the printer. This option is
available only if you are viewing the contents of a group on the printer.

Select how duplicate jobs will be managed.
•
Do not import - Jobs with the same title and group will not be imported.
•
Import as new job - Jobs with the same title and group will be imported, but
the imported job will be renamed with a numeric suffix.
•
Prompt - If a job with the same title and group is found, a prompt will display
and allow the user to import or skip the job. If you choose to import a duplicate
job, it will be imported, but the job will be renamed with a numeric suffix.

Choose

. The import process will begin and a progress bar will be
displayed.
Status bar
The status bar is located along the top of the touchscreen. It indicates the state of the
printer, displays error messages, and provides label count information.
