Carefully remove the protective cover from the new blade assembly and place it
over the old blade assembly. Discard the old blade assembly.

Carefully install the new blade assembly on the cutter block, ensuring the pins on
the block align with the corresponding holes in the blade assembly. Make sure the
belt teeth fully engage the notches in the cutter block.

Tighten the two captive screws to secure the cutter assembly to the block. Do not
overtighten these screws. Ensure there is no gap between the cutter assembly and
the block.

If you removed the cutter cover, reinstall it by attaching the pivot point to the shaft.
Work from one end to the other with an even pressure and the cover will snap back
onto the shaft.
